Our Story

Mongolfiere Italia launched in 1990 with the idea of promoting hot air ballooning in Tuscany. Founded by Ballon Team Italia, the company has become a flagship for those seeking an authentic experience in Tuscany. And not just Tuscany. We fly all over Italy. In 2010, we were granted authorization to make commercial flights with passengers by both the Swiss and Italian Civil Aviation Authorities, which means that with us, excellence and safety in hot air ballooning are guaranteed.

Where do we fly?

We have numerous locations: Milan, Rome, Turin, Bologna, but our main destination is Tuscany: Florence, Chianti, Siena, Montisi, Pienza, Cortona, Montalcino, San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, and Volterra.
